Welcome on bord after 40 years

Mr. Romeo Vladescu, Administrative Officer at the Romanian Embassy in Washington DC, has served as a sailor on the Tall Ship Mircea from 1960 untill 1964.

Within the next days he is given the chance of an emotional encounter with the memories of his youth.
