weather today to celebrate Romania’s first National Day ceremony at

the official celebration cake during Romania's National Day
celebration. This event not only marked Romania's first National Day
celebration since joining the Alliance in April 2004, but also Gen.
Smith's first ceremonial role over an ACT headquarter's flag raising
ceremony since taking command in November 2005.
