| Special concert dedicated to the memory of George Enescu September 22, 2005 |
On September 22nd, the Romanian Ambassador Sorin Ducaru hosted at the Residence on 30th street a special concert dedicated to the memory of George Enescu, organized by the George Enescu Society of the United States.
The concert featured music by George Enescu, Gabriel Faure and Johannes Brahms, in the interpretation of very talented young musicians, violinist Diana Pepelea, pianist Matei Varga and violist Michael Stepniak and with the special participation of well known pianist Lorry Wallfisch
