On January 18 th 2007 , the embassy of Romania hosted the Corcoran Romanian evening at the Romanian Ambassador's residence. Over 80 members of the Corcoran Gallery of Arts attended the event enjoying a musical program performed by the Tempus Jazz trio from DC area.
In the opening of the event, Romanian Charge d'Affairs a.i., Daniela Gitman welcomed the guests, appreciating the cooperation btween the Embassy of Romania and the Corcoran Gellery and inviting them to enjoy the Romanian hospitality and traditional products during the reception that followed the Jazz recital.
