| The Embassy of Romania to Washington DC took part in the Multicultural Event organized by Girl Scouts of Central Maryland on February 26th, 2006 at the Wilde Lake High School in Columbia, Maryland. The Embassy presented to the young participants, their parents and teachers aspects of the Romanian tradition, culture and history as well as traditional recipes, music and dancing. Romanian traditional dancers invited the girls to try a couple of dancing steps and join the "hora", in the end of the event. |
