CHICAGO -- Playing its second game in less than 24 hours and its third in five days, Romania got a 0-0 tie against Colombia in an exhibition game Saturday that completed a three-match U.S. tour.

Coming off a 2-0 loss to Uruguay on Tuesday in Los Angeles and a 2-0 win over Northern Ireland on Friday night in Chicago, Romania played a cautious first half and then substituted freely after the break.

In a match between two teams that failed to qualify for the World Cup, Colombia managed just two shots in the first half. Yanes Luis, who came off the bench only moments earlier, sent a header just wide of the far post in the 89th minute.

Romania's best chance came in the 20th minute, when Colombia goalkeeper Oscar Cordoba saved Daniel Nicolae's 15-yard shot.
