| The Ambassador of Romania to Washington DC, Sorin Ducaru, headed the swearing in ceremony of Mr. Sergiu Manic’s acquiring Romanian citizenship. The ceremony took place on January 20th, 2006 at the Romanian Embassy and it was witnessed by the staff of the Embassy. Sergiu Manic is currently a student in the United States and he also holds Moldovan citizenship. |
