Session 2: Encouraging coherence and mutual enforcement among bilateral and regional instruments of external actors and regional projects

Second Workshop Good Government - strategic investment  in a better common

    future

Session 1: Promoting good governance and institutional renewal. Bringing in the civil society

Session 2: Deepening the investments in cultural and inter-religious dialogue, people-to-people contacts, education, research and youth

Third Workshop    Sustainable development - fighting poverty and securing sound

      economic growth

 

Session 1: Mapping regional resources and logging on sustainable

development: critical areas, alternatives, solutions and opportunities for economic reform

 

Session 2: Engaging stakeholders in a logic of coordination and cross-fertilization. Highlighting the role and the responsibility of the business community.

 

Fourth Workshop  Encouraging regional cooperation in crisis , management and

                              environmental protection

 

Session 1:  Encouraging regional cooperation and building partnerships in crisis management: national experience, regional priorities, European developments and global connections in civil emergency planning and post-conflict reconstruction

 

Session 2: Protecting the environment and coping with new security    challenges:    improving    day-to-day    cooperation,   concentrating on lessons learned, new conceptual trends and tested practices and procedures
