The Ambassador of Romania to Washington DC, hold a speech at the biannual meetings of the Congress of Romanian Americans Organization (CORA) that took place on April 16th at Chicago, at the Social Hall of the Romanian Pentecostal Church “Philadelphia Church of God” and more than 70 people attended the event.
