Ambassador of Romania to Washington DC, Sorin Ducaru together with the Ambassador of Bulgaria, Elena Poptodorova celebrated the signing of the European Union Accession Treaty at the event organized by the Embassy of Luxembourg. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Nicholas Burns also took part in the event and addressed a speech to the representatives of the three countries and the European Union, as well as the honored guests.
