United States Helsinki Commission Hearing:
IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN? ROMANIA'S BAN ON INTER-COUNTRY ADOPTION

On September 14, the US Commission for Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission) held a hearing on the impact of Romania’s newly implemented legislation on inter-country adoptions. The following witnesses were invited to deliver statements in front of the members of the Commission:
